Getting Started with the Process
In order for the transactions to proceed smoothly, we kindly ask you to have the IBAN number of your current account at Ziraat Bank International AG and your online banking user information for the account to be transferred ready.

Choose how you want to transfer your account.
• With the Online Banking option (Mit Onlinebanking): Log in with the user information of the account to be transferred. After this process, we will determine your payment partners.
• Without using the Online Banking option (Ohne Onlinebanking): Add your payment partners to the system manually. Our smart address completion system will help you with this process.
Step 3: Identify your Payment Partners
Decide which of your identified payment partners should be notified (e.g. employer, electricity and insurance companies). Additionally, you can add additional payment partners.
Step 4: Confirm the account transfer
Add your personal data and confirm the transaction. We will forward your IBAN information from Ziraat Bank International AG to the selected payment partners.

Why do I need my current bank's online banking login information?
Your current bank's online banking login information is used to access your previous payment partners and direct debit orders. This saves you time by not having to search for your documents and account statements.
Is my information secure? And what information is stored?
Absolutely, yes. Your information is only used to send your payment partners and direct debit instructions.
The following documents are required for us to create an information letter to be sent to your payment partners:

How do I sign the account transfer notification documents?
According to legal guidelines, a signature is not required for this notification. However, we request your signature to increase the likelihood of the transaction being approved by your payment partners. You can create your digital signature in our account transfer service.
Will I be notified when my old account is closed?
Your previous bank will send you an account closure document to keep in your records. We kindly ask you to check the accuracy of the information in this document.
How long does it take for my payment partners to be notified?
This time depends on your payment partner's processing time. The following factors are important for a smooth transition;
