An application has been developed that enables users who are not customers of our Bank to complete their transfers to TC Ziraat Bankası entirely through digital steps and without the need to open an account with our Bank.
Within the scope of this new regulation, users will be able to track in detail their Turkey remittances initiated through their own banks via our Non‑Customer application, and they will have access to all related transfer information at any time.
The process is completed by following the steps outlined below:
- 1-The transaction is initiated through the “Non‑Customer Money Transfer” menu located on the login screen of our internet banking or mobile application.
- 2-Personal information, address details, and the reference IBAN are entered fully and accurately.
- 3-A verification is performed between the initiator of the transaction and the account holder via the reference IBAN, ensuring the user’s identity and authorization.
- 4-Once the Web‑ID verification steps are completed, the user gains access to the dashboard specifically designed for this process.
The dashboard includes the following information and functions:
- Details of previously executed transfers
- Reference IBAN information
- Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
- Profile management
