• Cash Transfers

If you want to make your transfer in cash, please apply to our nearest branch in person with the originals of the following documents. 

• Your passport + Residence Permit (Aufenthaltstitel) card or ID (TC ID is not valid for this transaction, EU-Personalausweis is required)
• Document confirming the origin of the amount contributed in cash (bank statement or payment receipt, not older than 5 working days, clearly showing your name/surname and IBAN number)

Important Note: Transfers on behalf of third parties are not accepted.

• From your POS/Other bank account

The amount of the transfer you will send with this application is collected from your Girocard enabled bank card (formerly known as EC-Card). The transfer amount is deducted from your bank account to which your card is linked, as in shopping.In addition to providing a fast and convenient transaction opportunity, the application also eliminates the need to carry cash.Important Note: If you are constantly making transfers to Türkiye, we recommend that you open an account in our branch.If the Recipient IBAN specified in the transfers sent to the account belongs to an account in another currency rather than EUR, the transfer amount is not automatically recorded in the account in order to prevent possible exchange rate risks. In this case, the Recipient must apply to the branch in Türkiye in person and approve the conversion of the amount to another amount, which causes delays. In order for your transfers to be recorded quickly in the Recipient account, it is important to double-check whether it is a EUR account before sending.In addition, if the Recipient information specified in the transfer does not match the Recipient's account name and account number 100%, the transfers are returned. In order to prevent the loss of time and money during this return period, it is important to double-check that the Recipient's information is stated as written on their ID and that their TR ID No is also stated before sending.

An application has been developed that enables users who are not customers of our Bank to complete their transfers to TC Ziraat Bankası entirely through digital steps and without the need to open an account with our Bank.

Within the scope of this new regulation, users will be able to track in detail their Turkey remittances initiated through their own banks via our Non‑Customer application, and they will have access to all related transfer information at any time.

The process is completed by following the steps outlined below:

• 1-The transaction is initiated through the “Non‑Customer Money Transfer” menu located on the login screen of our internet banking or mobile application.
• 2-Personal information, address details, and the reference IBAN are entered fully and accurately.
• 3-A verification is performed between the initiator of the transaction and the account holder via the reference IBAN, ensuring the user’s identity and authorization.
• 4-Once the Web‑ID verification steps are completed, the user gains access to the dashboard specifically designed for this process.

The dashboard includes the following information and functions:

• Details of previously executed transfers
• Reference IBAN information
• Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
• Profile management

You can also make your transfer to T.C. Ziraat Bankası A.Ş. branches through your primary bank account.

If your account at our bank is open to online use, you can make your transfer to Türkiye Ziraat Bank A.Ş. advantageously.

• This additional fee is determined by Ziraat Bank A.Ş. depending on the transfer amount and the exchange rate to be paid.
• The additional fee is collected from the Recipient at the time of payment.
